We often hear from you, the client, how frustrated you feel with the constant barrage of calls from recruitment agencies every week and sometimes twice a week to enquire if you have any vacancies. We also hear only too often how you are inundated with high volumes of inappropriate CVs. We take a different approach….

After an initial contact we ask for the opportunity to work with you on a vacancy and to be able to prove to you how professional our service is. Invariably we do like to meet with you at your workplace so that we can gain a useful understanding of the role and also learn more about your company, the type of people who would fit in and your working environment. All of these are important to us in finding the right candidate for you.

We like to work with a detailed job specification so that again we have as much information about the role, the skills and experience required so that we can match the candidate as closely as possible.

After searching our extensive database and using newspaper and website advertising media we will forward you appropriate CVs for your consideration. We will always be open and honest with you throughout the recruitment process. If, at any time, we are unable to find suitable candidates who we do not confidently feel will match your requirements we will let you know. You will also be assigned a dedicated consultant to look after your vacancies.
